Day Five

We have had a fantastic week, they have all done you proud!

They have faced so many challenges and fears, but not given in! Every single one has pushed themselves to do new things this week. They have been a great advert for Nailsworth CE Primary School and a pleasure to spend time with.

Day Four

Today we got very wet when we all went 'wet and wild'
We have done Canoeing, Kayaking and Raft Building. We got to swim in the lake too!

We played games on the canoes and the kayaks. We had to stand up and run across the Kayaks. We had to swap places with people in our canoes and with people from different canoes.

Tonight we are going to have a fantastic disco.

Day Three

Today we did caving and we went on a walk to see a waterfall.
The caving was amazing, but some people didn't like it. Everybody went in and did something!
The toilet and the washing machine were really cold and your boots filled with water! We had to go up the U-bend and climb up the rapids.
The waterfall was big and in the winter it is five times bigger, people can kayak over it.

We had curry for dinner followed by delicious home-made chocolate chip muffins and ice-cream. Our chef, David, is the best!

Tonight we are going orienteering. Mrs Rosser has arrived and Mr Southcott has left to go to South Cerney.

I have been really proud of everyone today. Special mentions for Issy, Lauren, Alex, Hayden, Rabinder, Zoe and Chloe, who overcame so very real fears and achieved so much!

Day Two

Today we have done Gorge walking and Rock Climbing with Jamie, Lee and Ricky. It was really fun. The Rock climbing was amazing! The Gorege walk was funny as people kept falling in.

We got to jump off a waterfall, that was the best bit!

Tonight we are having a sheep talk with Bronwyn and a bonfire.

Day One

Today we arrived at Brecon Beacon.
When we arrived we met our instructors Lee and Cat.
We have played lots of team games including filling a long pipe that had holes in with water.
WE GOT VERY WET!
Dinner is next on the list, cottage pie!
After dinner we are walking up a hill!
